A Magic Anvil allows a player to enchant any one weapon or armour. Similar to a Shrine of Learning, it is located inside any level of the Dungeon, and may only be used once. It may enchant it in which case the magical enchantment may be good, bad, or neutral (no enchantment occurs), or it can add (a) socket(s).
